Uniforms

At testing, all participants are required to wear a complete uniform. These all cotton uniforms are about $50. Kung Fu uniforms are superior for training due to the way they keep heat on the body to aid in the prevention of injury and accelerate development.

The Threefold Lotus Kwoon Store at http://www.cafepress.com/kwoon has t-shirts, jerseys, caps, and a variety of product with our Fight Club Logos. When not in full uniform, these are acceptable for training.

Kung Fu pants are about $25 to $30 and are either 100% cotton or a cotton poly blend. The important feature is the elastic waist and ankle bands designed to keep heat in! also, Kung Fu pants tend to be a bit roomier for ease of movement.

These shoes are to be worn in the Kwoon only. They are excellent for sturdy footing and very light weight. at about $40 with carrying case, they are a good investment. The only other option is bare feet.
