| Standard Artist Membership |
FREE - Standard membership includes artist listing online with contact information and possible inclusion in TLK monthly gallery shows. Artists can submit slides for review to be represented by TLK. Submissions must be in slide or CD-ROM with clear images and between 5 and 20 images. Submissions require a great deal of time and effort to review properly and therefore, the standard fee of $ 25.00 for the first 5 images and an additional $3.00 per image thereafter will be required with the submission. TLK or its associates are not responsible for the safety and condition of the submissions, although, once received, all efforts are made in a professional environment, to safeguard your materials. Submissions without self addressed return packaging with adequate postage will be discarded
Free membership artists represented by TLK will be shown at TLK discretion with notice to the artist for publicity. All sales of works by said artists at TLK or by TLK are final unless returned by client. A 70% fee of final sale will be retained by TLK for expenses. This fee is reduced for Active membership Artists paying
a small regular dues.

| Active Artist Membership |
$45.00 USD per month provides the artist with an artist page with 6 examples of works, Online, Bio, and Statement, and Gallery privilege for the artist to show in the TLK Gallery. TLK guarantees at least one showing of artists work per annum. Additional shows are at the gallery discretion or by arrangement with specific
artist/s (see Special Artist Options below).
Additionally, all the Submission criteria of the Free membership also apply with the notable exception that the TLK commission fee is reduced to 40% of final sale.
This donation repeats each month until canceled. OR
One Time annual donation of $500.00 saves you 40 dollars

| Active Kwoon Membership |
$85.00 USD per month provides the Kwoon Member with privileges to attend any or all Kwoon activities
as well as all Artist's membership opportunities listed above.
Additionally, all Kwoon Members have first choice on Kwoon residencies listed in the anual calendar.
This donation repeats each month until canceled. OR
One Time annual donation of $900.00 saves you 120 dollars

| Arts Supporter Donation |
Art Supporters are encouraged to donate as often as possible for the existence of the contemporary arts venue for living original artists in North America. Your donations are completely tax deductible.

| Special Artist's Options |
Artist's wanting to have exhibitions in the main gallery when the schedule has open opportunity throughout the year (check Gallery Event Calendar for availability) can do so by paying a setup and cleaning fee to reserve the space for one month. A Gallery Press Release and monitoring of the galley will be included. All other promotions an mailings will be left to the artist. The Reservation fee is $50.00 USD

| Investors |
Persons wishing to participate in support for facilities and overhead costs can do so for tax benefits as well as opportunities for Board of Director elected membership or gallery acknowledgment in Gallery reporting and literature as well as recognition in the gallery display of supporters by name and organizations.
